Dorothy Snow has worked within the A/E/C industry since 1997 (27 years). Upon graduating from UW-Milwaukee with a BBA-Marketing, she started working as a marketing assistant for Plunkett Raysich Architects.  She quickly climbed the career ladder to VP of Marketing, spending 10 years in that position alone. She moved onto working for a SDVOSB that included engineering and then moved onto commercial real estate and property management with Wangard Partners for about five years. She switched gears to work briefly for a local roofing consulting company and then reunited with Scott Drees at Altius Building Company in August of 2020.

Dorothy is a 2023 Daily Reporter Women in Construction Awardee and is a recipient of a Wisconsin State Senate Proclamation and Citation for her years within the A/E/C industry.

Scott Drees is the President and CEO of creative growth for Altius Building Company. He acquired the company in 2016 out of a passion to deliver an unparalleled construction experience to a clientele whose shoes he filled in a tenured profession with a large local real estate developer. The mission was and remains to deliver the best-in-class construction quality at a price point comparable to smaller boutique offerings. This allows Altius staff to focus on delivering a construction experience second to none, from concept to completion. While Altius staff continue to deliver a diverse range of construction projects, from historic tax credit restorations to government facilities requiring DOD Secret clearance, Scott’s career tenure has been largely focused on luxury and market rate multifamily facilities.
